The answer is no, not yet. Senyuu WEB version currently has 3 chapters (or should we say, “volumes/seasons”?).
Chapter 1 consists of 30 episodes (which are actually “chapters”) + 5 extras, which is now being scanlated by Nisepanlations! The anime has covered this whole volume. If you want to know the gaps between the chapters, go watch the anime if you haven’t already!
Chapter 2, the one we’re working on right here now, has 60 episodes + 8 Extras. (and we’re on 53!)
Chapter 3 is currently ongoing, and now has reached episode 37 on seiga!
