I assume you’re talking about this picture? It’s just one of Haruhara’s many doodles on Twitter. The colored version came from an artbook that was released a few months ago, which included a lot of colored versions of his scribbles and extra ideas from Senyuu, Gakumon, and probably other random stuff. I don’t think you can buy it anymore though.

I think on pixiv, people have been calling this version of Alba “Visualba” (ビジュルバ), short for “Visual Kei Alba”.
